  3. Default mode network (DMN) – helps to reflect and understand things better, ACTION-ORIENTED.
    During stress, it overactivates and replays same unnecessary thoughts again and again.
    How to calm it down-
    1) become aware of DMN loop.
    2) interrupt with deep breathing or journalling
    3) tapping with fingers
