Cole Devlin (he/they), CPC, MSW, LSWAIC (soon LICSW), is a lifelong Seattleite, peer support specialist, therapist, and community leader dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. A passionate advocate for mental health and authentic living, Cole brings a unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and heart-centered leadership to every space he enters.
Cole’s journey began in his early twenties after graduating from the University of Washington. Though he appeared ready to take on the world, he felt disconnected from himself and uncertain about his place in it. Years of self-doubt turned into determination, and through a powerful process of self-love and inner work, he transformed his pain into purpose.
Today, Cole works as a therapist and peer support specialist, serving individuals and communities across Seattle. His dream is to open a comprehensive youth and family center in South Seattle that integrates therapy, peer support, and community organizing under one roof. Having shared his story with thousands of people, Cole continues to inspire others to embrace healing, laughter, and the belief that with the right support, anyone can grow into their fullest potential.
