8 Signs that Someone is Battling Mental Health Problems
Depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors are some examples of mental disorders, which affect your mood, thinking, and behavior for a sustained period of time. The stigma around mental health can sometimes make people afraid to reach out for help or support. Do you often feel detached, tired, uninterested, insomnic, or hypersomic, lost of appetite, or sucidal? These could be some signs that you or someone you know might be dealing with mental health problems.
Know someone who is battling mental health problems but not sure what to do? We covered that in another video: https://youtu.be/sn8UME5kik4

Just wanted to say thank you for everyone's support of our channel. It's so nice to read each of your messages and comments thanking the work that we do. We take around 1 month to make videos and we can't thank you for the appreciations!
Nobody, know. And human are mentally ill.All people mind you on plate.
I have never understood pornography. Should I want to see nude people, I can just attend a nude beach. There, the people are beautifully nude, do not engage in vulgarities, and keep to themselves or to their small group. I am fit, athletic, and very clean. However, I am rectally ugly and have a small 8 inch member. At the nude beach, none of that is of consideration. Nobody says anything about others there. What is most attractive at a nude beach is the freedom all feel. I have never spoken to anybody there, nor have they spoken to me. All of us just keep to their tiny groups or visit alone. Pornography is very distasteful, even disgusting. Attend a nude beach instead and feel free!
Thanks, I’m gonna use these to pretend I have depression just to get sympathy points from my friends but it’s too vague though
I have bad sleeping problems to the point the past 10 weeks ive had 0-5 hours sleep max and its getting worse

Those who have chosen the spiritual life have chosen the right path… none of these things are sign of mental health issues… just the opposite… these things are signs mental wellness… What do ignorant people know about knowledge..?😢😢

thanks For the information. 😄
well i gues i should seekk help then because i have all of those
Lol i force myself to act all happy and energetic even at home. I thought i just get angry really easily and i should control it. It is pretty tiring since i get no rest and i cant even act like myself since my parents dont allow me to stay at my room so i dont get privacy. I am also trying my best to keep my appetite look normal so they dont notice. I used to be interested with some stuff and i still try to hide the fact that im not interested in it anymore. I keep looking and searching about how i act when i was still happy so i can hide what im feeling from others. They will say im dramatic anyway.
Battling some of 8 effects now
Can someone relate to this
Wunderbar!
ah shoot, guys should i seek therapy?

I have often get the feeling that I wish I had died of the COVID for which I was hospitalised in January’21. Especially when I am fed up with the extremely annoying things I am faced with at work. I have a wife who suffers from autism, a mother who suffers from dementia and a brother who has NPD.
So this is about my life-
I never told my parents about this struggle i have, i am 12 years old and i had this confusing sensation, for example i feel so sad or so hopeless before struggled for years and never found hope i cant understand whats wrong with me and i opened up to my parents because i cant take it anymore its so overwhelming i almost cant sleep properly cant do everyday life task even if it is easy or hard i cant find help cuz if my parents found out when i had this struggle they will get angry instead. Pease someone i want someones support i know i am to young for this but its too much😞
Not over reacting its all based on my experiences and im still not feeling well
