  1. Will this consensus be enough to convince our psychiatrist/psychologist/nurse practitioners, to look into Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy.
    Cause I have tried many times to explain this to doctors, and professionals, but they all brush me off, and consider it holistic and don't ever bother to look further and do research.
    It's disgusting how Doctors are so ignnorant and arrogant, to consider other forms of healthcare aside from pushing drugs only.

  2. My significant other suffers from borderline personality disorder and last may her and I went full keto(almost zero sugars, carbs and starches) she is shocked by how well she feels mentally and emotionally. We both wish we made these changes decades ago.
    I myself suffered a TBI as a child and exhibit as a sociopath. My impulsive thoughts and depression in general are greatly dismissed. I'm not only more healthy physically but emotionally and mentally as well.
