April 22, 2026 – The Tolan Group (TTG) has recruited Barbara Graham as senior director of revenue cycle at Ascension Living. She brings more than three decades of experience leading revenue cycle transformation across hospitals, physician groups, and specialty care organizations.

Most recently, Ms. Graham served as vice president of operations at Medusind, where she directed global revenue cycle operations and led enterprise-wide initiatives to improve collections, reduce A/R days, and enhance compliance performance. Earlier in her career, she founded two successful RCM companies that were acquired by national industry leaders, reflecting her entrepreneurial leadership and ability to scale sustainable revenue infrastructures.

In her new role, Ms. Graham will lead revenue cycle strategy and performance optimization initiatives across Ascension Living’s communities, focusing on denial prevention, reimbursement acceleration, compliance integrity, and technology-driven workflow improvements. Her experience integrating clinical operations with revenue integrity, strengthening payer relationships, and implementing automation-driven RCM infrastructure positions her to enhance financial performance while supporting the organization’s mission-centered care model.
