DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — A weekend event in Delray Beach is bringing together movement, creativity, and a mission to support young people facing mental health challenges.

The Ignite and Inspire Festival is set to take place this weekend, designed to connect the community through fitness and wellness while raising money for programs that help youth navigate mental health struggles.

The festival benefits Mizfit Gives, a nonprofit founded by Nicole Rosen. The organization works to provide resources and opportunities for youth, with an emphasis on blending physical activity and creative expression to support emotional well-being.

Co-organizer Giovanna Motta says the event is meant to feel welcoming and accessible, whether someone is coming for a workout, to learn something new, or simply to support the cause.

Rosen and Motta visited ARC Florida on April 22 to talk about the event.

They say the funds raised will go directly toward programs that provide support services and creative outlets for youth, helping them process challenges in a healthy and constructive way.

The festival is open to the public, and people of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.

Event details and registration information are available on their website.
