The Sutton-based Esler Family Foundation is donating $350,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester to support mental and behavioral health programs at the youth development agency.

The Esler Family Foundation described the gift as the launchpad for a multi-year partnership between their organizations.

Coinciding with the gift, the Boys & Girls Club will name its family and individual mental and behavioral health services office The Kindness Space, the two organizations announced Tuesday.

The office provides services like case management, on-site food and clothing pantries, counseling for individuals and groups, and connections to community resources. The Kindness Space will focus on expanding access to mentoring programs and other support systems.

The Esler Family Foundation, founded in 2019 by John and Jeanne Esler, is particularly focused on funding mental health, youth opportunity, and economic mobility initiatives.
