An FBI investigation is focused on a behavioral health provider on tribal land called Sacred Circles of Healing and Wellness.
Arizona AG officials link the business to Denis Artiles, whose former provider NewFound Hope was suspended in 2023 over credible allegations of fraud.
AHCCCS records reveal the new entity has been paid nearly $294,000 since it started operating in December 2025. FOX 10’s Justin Lum reports.
