Community Support Advocates has announced a new Open Books community conversation series aimed at increasing understanding and dialogue around mental health support. The events will feature a mix of personal experiences, professional perspectives, and community discussion. Scheduled sessions include, “How Support Actually Works” on June 25, “Inside Youth Mental Health Services” on Sept. 9, “The Role of Art in Mental Health” on Dec. 10 and “Mental Health and the Justice System” on March 3, 2027.
