Women’s Reproductive Mental Health Services at UC San Diego Health
Up to 15 percent of women experience some sort of mood or anxiety disorder during pregnancy, and up to 20 percent in postpartum. The reproductive mental health specialists at UC San Diego Health use a whole-person approach to care to help women through this difficult transition in their lives.
In addition to pregnancy and postpartum depression or anxiety, they can also help with pregnancy loss, infertility, premenstrual syndrome, menopause-related mood changes, and other reproductive mental health disorders.
