  1. I feel like I'm going to have an anxiety panic attack and it gets bad where I almost feel like I'm going to hyperventilate or I do hyperventilate and it's takes a really long time to mentally calm down emotionally psychologically to not knowing to do with somebody

  2. I have no idea how many of you will get to read this comment but this is how I manage my panic attack and it works for me:

    1. Gut is the main reason in the first place you got your panic attack. Your gut nerves are miscommunicating with brain and sends false alarms saying that u r in danger when clearly you are not. so heal your gut first. U need to balance your hormones, calm your vagus nerve and control neurotransmitters production.
To do this u need to have good fibre diet, probiotics, 30 mins walking, meditation and breathing exercises.

    2. Welcome the panic attack wholeheartedly. The more you resist the worse it becomes. Just accept and the feeling will wear off soon.

    3. You are not alone. Visualise yourself as being calm in situations that normally makes you panic. Brain doesn't understand the difference between imagination and reality. So visualise and make your brain beleive that you are calm.

    4. 10 mins of positive affirmations – I am safe, my gut is calm, im confident, i can handle this.. etc.

    5. Try drinking ORS or home made electrolyte drink when you have the attack: it works super fine for me.

    6. If you have IBS or IBD, then definitely panic attack and anxiety disorders is a free gift.

  3. Mama was cured by Jesus, even though we are in the Arab world and medicines were unable to cure her
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
For My yoke is easy and My burden is light"
    Matthew 11:28-30

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble,
with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God"
    2 Corinthians 1:3-4

  4. Im having panic attacks when im so full after eating. My heart race so fast, my chest feels like it’s tightening and i think I can’t breathe enough.. i try to move around cos if I don’t i feel im gonna pass out. Sometimes it just happens anytime of the day even when im enjoying somthing suddenly my heart will beat so fast and start to panic that im getting panoc attacks… this shit sucks. I had this for the last 3 months and I don’t know where and why I became like this so sudden.

  5. What you need to know :

Panic attacks are nothing more than a sudden, Inappropriately timed adrenaline rush. Instead of protecting you from a real threat, your brain assumes something is a threat when it isn't and causes one to occur. For me, I developed agoraphobia from my own bathroom shower ! Not my parents bathroom though. Anytime i'd try to take a shower in my bathroom, i immediately would feel unease and my heart would begin to slowly increase. it's strange how our brains can screw shit up.

  6. I recently learned i dont have panic attacks, i have anxiety attacks. But now, what if i get a panic attack? Because ive hewrd people say you think your dying. Anyone who has panic attacks i hope your doing ok❤

  7. Thank you. I was just having one of my worst panic attacks in years and I felt like I couldn't breathe or stop crying and having some lemon allowed me to snap out of it. Don't know why it worked, I'm just glad it did

  8. The brain gut axis is such a key factor in random anxiety. I’ve noticed when I eat bad foods my anxiety tends to spike because my gut is not having a good time.
