This is so real. But it is possible to recover. It takes tremendous effort, but it can be done.
That last step is always the hardest one
Brain screws u over. You have to do what u don't feel like doing. Your gonna feel bad if u do or don't Mays well do
Is recovery even an option
Simply going for a walk has been helping me
the thing is though, therapy does always work for men; so for me… its everything except therapy
Depression makes you look like an idiot, apparently.
You try, you commit mistakes, you learn, you succeed and try on the next thing, depression has a way out.
Iām excited. I have my meds now. Just waiting for joy to return to me. š
Depression feels more like being stuck ā not moving forward, not backward. Then you say, āI'm happy like that,ā or āI'm sad like that.ā Mood swings, but still in the exact same position. Sometimes you're pushed by circumstances to make a step. But the moment you move your feet on your own, wishing for the best ā whether by succeeding or failing, loving or hating, getting a reward or facing a new disappointment ā whatever the outcome of your steps, as long as you're pursuing something right, or at least trying to move that foot, even if it feels useless… that's the way to heal. Always better than doing nothing.
Too accurate…
I have emotional breakdowns everyday and every night multiple times and my negative thinking is when I prove my point on how I don't feel good about myself and that nobody cares what I think and I also breakdown I don't know about setbacks
Yep honestly so true

3 years and still in this healing journey
Recovery- Deathš¢
Am I crazy or did I think he was about to jump off the railing and accept his fate-
Worrying & obsessing over problems beyond our control only drains our energy & feeds feelings of helplessness, stress, or even depression. To feel calmer & happier, we need to focus on what we can control: our thoughts, our actions, & how we respond. This helps us take steps, solve problems, & feel more in charge of our lives. It's normal to feel stressed by things we canāt change; we all go through that. But knowing the difference between what we can & canāt control can bring peace. Real happiness doesnāt come from obsessing about problems, situations, & circumstances that are beyond our control. It comes from learning to guide our own minds & hearts. What parts of your life can you take charge of today?
I am tired š I tried anything for 38 years now š¢ It sucks
Fun fact: Therapy doesnt help
As olivia rodrigo once said-
"One step forward and three steps back"
