They can still bill you and your insurance a discharge fee
If you leave AMA then return to ER for same issue, insurance WILL NOT cover.

Some brilliant people here some hospitals don't check you in first idiots this is southern hospitality at the hospital you can give us your info and pay the bill on the way out just don't leave without paying for that dialysis lmao

Btw it’s common for people to jump out the window(safely or not) in hospitals so they avoid the medical bills, the hospital by my house doesn’t allow the windows to open all the way
