MANSFIELD – PATH Behavioral Healthcare will celebrate the opening of its Mansfield location with a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. April 15 at 1475 Lexington Ave.

The clinic provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services for individuals ages 3 and older. Services include mental health counseling, outpatient substance use treatment, and ongoing therapeutic support.

Regional Manager Melissa Benjamin said the organization focuses on timely, coordinated, and compassionate care designed to meet each client’s unique needs.

PATH offers same-day appointments for mental health and substance use assessments, helping individuals and families access services quickly. In addition to office-based therapy, the clinic provides in-home and community-based services to reduce barriers such as transportation and accessibility challenges.

All clients — including those receiving mental health services — are assigned a dedicated case manager to ensure care coordination, resource linkage, and support throughout the treatment process.

“Our mission is simple: provide accessible, compassionate, and coordinated behavioral health care that truly makes a difference — right here at home,” Benjamin said.

The clinic serves children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health challenges, substance use concerns, or co-occurring disorders. PATH also collaborates with schools, courts, probation, diversion programs, and other community agencies to improve continuity of care.

Benjamin brings more than 30 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field. She serves as regional manager for two Ohio clinics and leads a team made up of Mansfield natives committed to strengthening the community.

“Our commitment goes beyond treatment; it is about investing in the long-term health, stability, and future of Mansfield and the surrounding communities,” Benjamin said.

PATH aims to address gaps in behavioral health care by providing early intervention, integrated services, and coordinated case management across the lifespan.

The April 15 ribbon cutting is open to the public. More information is available at https://pathihc.com or by calling 419-512-4706.
