LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – A fashion show at the Laredo Country Club raised funds for the Border Region Behavioral Health Center while celebrating administrative professionals.
The 34th annual Administrative Professionals’ Day Fashion Show and Luncheon took place Wednesday. The event honors the work of administrative assistants while raising money for the behavioral health center.
This year’s theme centered around love. Around 30 models walked the runway in front of nearly 300 guests.
“And this is an opportunity for businesses to bring your staff, get your table, you get an amazing meal, you get a show, and you’re celebrating your staff,” Claudia Arredondo said.
Organizers said every dollar raised goes directly to clients in need. Border Region serves more than 5,000 people a year.
