The City of San Antonio’s SA Speak Up is looking to the youth in the community to share their voice when it comes to mental health.
The anonymous 2026 Teen Mental Health Survey is open until May 10th for youth ages 12 to 19. Project Worth and the San Antonio Youth Commission is asking about mental health to determine future services from the city.
