For the fifth year in a row, the outdoor apparel and footwear company has scrubbed its social media pages for the month of May.
In what has become a yearly tradition around this time, L.L.Bean has once again wiped all of its social media posts, stepping away from online activity for the month.

Sarah Rice, Getty ImagesMay is Mental Health Month, and for the fifth year in a row, L.L.Bean is going ‘Off the Grid’ by pausing its social media to encourage people to get outside, connect, and focus on their wellbeing.
Starting May 1st, its profiles will be cleared, leaving only resources, tips, and tools created with Mental Health America to help people use the outdoors to support their mental health.

The bags come in two monogrammed styles, featuring the phrases ‘Off the Grid’ and ‘Analog.’
And there you have it! Once again, L.L. Bean is ‘off the grid’ and will not post on social media until Mental Health Awareness Month is finished.

Here’s the Top 20 Maine Craft Beers According to BeerAdvocate Here is a list of the 20 highest rated beers from Maine breweries on the website, BeerAdvocate.
The list is dominated by three breweries- Allagash, Bissel Brothers, and Maine Beer Co. The IPA style is clearly the most popular, which is not surprising given recent beer trends.
