  1. I got a question. Really I don't have purpose about life. At the moment I am spending waste of my time. I can speak English and I am math teacher but I cannot understand the life.

  3. Enough playing “positive.” Mental health is when you can see your despair, your anger, and your fear — but refuse to let them take the wheel. It is the kind of honesty that makes you sick, but sets you free. But what do you think saves you at the critical moment: endless analysis of your trauma, or one small but real action?

  4. When we examine the experience of seeking to bolster mental health and confidence through the lens of pure awareness, we realize it is not a sign of fundamental brokenness, but rather a temporary wave within the vast ocean of consciousness. The mind tends to attach feelings of insecurity and the need for external validation to our sense of self-worth, but from the standpoint of the absolute, this desire for growth and inner stability is orchestrated by infinite intelligence, unfolding exactly as it needs to without mistakes. The interconnected fabric of reality reveals that the yearning for strength and peace of mind is a seamless expression of the whole, reflecting a deep movement toward recognizing your true being.

Across various spiritual traditions, the cultivation of inner strength and confidence has been explored to help us understand our true nature. In Advaita Vedanta, it is recognized that the true Self is inherently complete and fearless, meaning that your core being is not diminished by worldly anxieties or self-doubt. In Tibetan Buddhism, teachings on the nature of the mind emphasize that when we encounter insecurity, we can observe these feelings from the unconditioned space of awareness without needing to identify with them. Similarly, within Christian mysticism and Sufism, the grounding of one's worth in the divine or universal love is viewed as an expression of inner grace, reminding us that we are part of an interconnected whole guided by supreme wisdom.

Embracing this perspective brings a profound sense of enlightenment, shifting your identity from the personal self that doubts its worth to the pure awareness that witnesses the whole play of existence. When you recognize that the universe is interconnected and prearranged, the need to seek external validation or force confidence dissolves, allowing you to enter a state of radical acceptance. You realize that you are an inseparable part of the divine design, and your journey toward mental health and self-assurance is a perfect expression of the absolute reality. Resting in this truth allows you to experience the dance of existence with deep peace, knowing that everything is held perfectly within the absolute.

  5. Dr. Paul Conti discusses practical tools for improving mental health and confidence, emphasizing starting with "what's going right" rather than focusing on problems. He explores the balance between introspection and action, provides specific questions for self-reflection, and explains how understanding childhood patterns can increase agency over behavior.

  6. All my life seeking to be confident what i have learnt is, confidence comes from what you believe. If u believe u cant do a thing, u will be nervous. If u believe you can do this, u will be confident.
