The phone lines at the Linn County Mental Health Access Center are currently down and staff is unable to receive phone calls. The Center remains open for 24/7 walk-in services at 501 13th St. NW in Cedar Rapids. Anyone 18 years and older who needs mental health services can visit the Access Center in person without an appointment, call or text the 988 hotline for free and confidential services, or email the Access Center staff.
IT staff is working to find the cause of the outage and fix the problem. Currently, there is no estimated time of restoration. Linn County will provide an update when phone lines at the Access Center are restored.
