Night Owl Therapy operates as a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to affordable mental health care for people working in creative and nightlife industries — communities that often face unique schedules, financial barriers, burnout, and limited access to traditional care options.

Ana shared that while those discounted sessions are geared toward industry workers, therapy services remain open to anyone seeking support.{/p}

Night Owl Therapy also reinvests proceeds from sessions back into the organization’s mission, helping fund additional affordable therapy opportunities for members of the creative community throughout Texas.

Ana explained that what makes the organization different is its focus on community-centered, accessible support tailored to the realities of the people it serves.
