I recently attended a mental health course in Sydney Australia. They taught us Mindfulness, Cognitive Dissonance theory and Exposure Theory. These techniques are theories my Guru, Swami BHOOMANANDA, has taught us. So many are being copied from India yet acknowledgment is not given to the source.
