  1. I need help… well not me but I have a friend who is drowning in depression, I 13(f) and her 13(f) only met early this year between friends, the more I got to know her the more I saw, she comes to school only a few days a week, she doesn't really take care of herself, like brushing and washing hair, washing clothes, eating great.. she has terrible grades because of this and in our friend group really only I noticed, everyone else only thinks she's lazy, I often ask how she is doing and before she would lie but recently before summer started she slowly opened up, she told me she got diagnosed with depression, I tried to help her but nothing helps, she is also addicted to her phone and will never get off of it, she also hyper fixates on something anime, stranger things, TikTok, drawing sometimes, and I am scared for her health, recently something was really wrong so I told her I had a gut feeling something was wrong and it turns out I was right, her mom recently told her she was going to divorce her dad, and that made it really bad, she never really goes outside or does anything all day, she has a pretty bad home life, not being abused or hurt but just no one caring or trying to help, she has only opened up to me in the group because she knows the others wouldn't understand, this has really been crushing me internally because I want to help but I don't know how she also has insomnia and doesn't sleep till around 3-5 and her health is determinating? Everything I try doesn't really help. Typing this really let a lot of my back since I had to keep this a secret or our trust will be destroyed, can anyone help me??

  2. My boyfriend is going through this and I’m trying my best to help him. I’m terrified of him leaving if things get too overwhelming for him… ik it’ll probably be best for his mental health but I’m scared

  3. Is this supposed to help depressed people or the ones trying to help them? I am also looking at comments and it seems it is directed to those who are depressed

  5. Beloveds watching right now and those that are already finished are really worthy of love as well. I, too, am gonna do my best for my one and only best friend forever who’s a sister to me. I am gonna be professional clinical psychologist after having MD as a title too. I’m gonna make all of this and you will see it happen. Me, my sissy, the audience and their love ones to be helped are gonna be alright someday. I am rooting for everyone’s tranquility.

    Love,
a future licensed medical doctor and a clinical psychologist/therapist

  6. Being there by spending time with, loving someone and offering them extra support by trying to talk to them can also help someone that has any form of any type of depression.

  7. They should do sit-ups where the upper part of the abdomen is worked, with the legs raised and trying to touch the feet with the hands and its variants that work the upper part of the abdomen, they will see improvements quickly. That upper abdominal exercise will take away your depression and anxiety, it will also heal your mind…..

  8. There is a great question that i heard.
You are a parent on an airplane with your child(ren) suddenly you need to put on your oxygen mask. Who do you put it on first?
    Your child(ren) or yourself?
    The answer is: Yourself.
You can’t help your child(ren) if something happens to you so you first need to put on the mask on yourself.
    Same with this.
You want to help/support someone with depression make sure to take good care for yourself as well.
Stay strong and stay healthy everybody ❤❤❤

  9. Let me make this very clear to All. Only in Jesus Christ of Nazareth can heal your depression 100%
Depression is spirit and it needs you to get right with God, repent of all known and unknown sins and trust God for your healing. Cry out to Him, ask for His help and pray using the Blood of Jesus to cleanse yourself after receiving Jesus Christ as your Saviour.. Then it will be gone and no trace will be found. In Jesus there is security as He died for humanity and loves us so much. Jesus Christ is our Peace. Thank you.
