I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW I OVERCAME MY NASTY BIPOLAR DISORDER, I USED DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS BUT NONE WORKED, I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE COME ACROSS DR OKOUROMI ON YOUTUBE WHOSE HERBAL MEDICATION FINALLY HELPED ME TO GET RID OFF IT COMPLETELY. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCE ANY SIGN OF BIPOLAR DISORDER AND I'M COMPLETELY GREATFUL FOR THAT. #DROKOUROMI…😍😍😍😍😍😍

  4. Hi! Are you sure this is a strength? it seems like a limitation to me..
PRO:Some people with depression are too severely depressed to engage with the demands of CBT; completing homework, challenging irrational thoughts and attending sessions require motivation and commitment. Therefore, drug therapy may be required to stabilise a patient before psychological treatment

  5. So much corporate BS in "mental health" today. This is a perfect example. CBT has been hijacked by the corporate world for a long time. There's a reason it's the insurance industry's favorite "treatment". It doesn't treat anything, it gaslights the hell out of people who have truly experienced horrific things, and it's the easiest "treatment" for insurance companies to profit off of. Most colleges teach this corporate garbage along with "organizational psychology" because they want the money. This is why the "field" of psychology is considered a joke. The sample sizes are always pathetically small for "studies" that benefit insurance companies. The instructor for my last psych class, an organizational "psychologist", made the final lesson about how "paying attention to your employees helps them perform better". This man is being paid to "teach" people that. At a university. That's how low this field has gotten.
