My panic attacks get so intense that they feel like I’m about to die. You know that feeling when you’re about to throw up and u feel it coming? That’s how my panic attacks feel. Like I’m about to die from a heart attack in 20 seconds, and my brain doesn’t allow me to stop. This sent me to the hospital before. It’s good to have a coping mechanism to calm yourself down.

Try pushing with the other thumb on the buttom, works much better.
