  1. I was skeptical at first, but healingstrain greatly helped break out of a long term cycle that several therapies couldn’t touch. it’s like it showed me where the light switch was in a dark room.

  4. My panic attacks get so intense that they feel like I’m about to die. You know that feeling when you’re about to throw up and u feel it coming? That’s how my panic attacks feel. Like I’m about to die from a heart attack in 20 seconds, and my brain doesn’t allow me to stop. This sent me to the hospital before. It’s good to have a coping mechanism to calm yourself down.
