Dr Vikram is absolutely right !… Mental Health needs to be talked about with people everywhere and whenever possible !… There is NO Mental Health without Psychology, which focuses on understanding the Human Mind !… We are fortunate enough to have access, thanx to the Internet, to a lot of information related to Mental Health, Discoveries about it, Research done/Findings…that can help by : 1. Self-Educating Every Person and than each can find ones purpose in life!… 2. Dedicate it to Actions as Dr Vikrams example is !… >>> Depression <<< …as a # 1. Deadly Condition by itself, that comes from variety of reasons, but is also present in variety of other Psychological Conditions.. As well as the little known fact that Depression is purposely Influenced by Conscienceless Psychopathic Personality Disorders under CLUSTER B list !…………………The awareness about Cluster B Psychopathy needs to be spread, as they cause Severe Conditions in their Oblivious Victims!… who end up either committing suicide or might even develop : psychosis.. that can lead to more extreme forms of it such as : Cluster A conditions !…………………..
Unless Indian govt spends a huge amount in mental health, nothing will change.
Creating positive public health awareness is very important. But where is the money and where are the doctors? There are so many traditional stigmas sorrouding mental health that people won't change their mindset easily.
