Examples of antipsychotics (also known as neuroleptics) include: aripiprazole (Abilify), clozapine (Clozaril), lurasidone (Latuda), olanzapine (Zyprexa), quetiapine (Seroquel), risperidone (Risperdal), ziprasidone (Geodon), Chlorpromazine, (Thorazine), and Haloperidol (Haldol).

    Only Jesus Christ can help.
    I took antidepressants since I was 17 years old. They never really helped. But I believed the lie that I would do worse without them. So I took them for 15 years. And after a long time I found out that all studies for antidepressants were manipulated and its all a big betrayal.
    But after all these years I am very addicted to them. But fortunately I found help. A pharmacy produces capsules for me so I can reduce my medication in very small steps. But it takes many years.
    So beware and never take these drugs.

    I was on Seroquel and Saphris simultaneously during a medication crisis in high school. I was trying to come off the meds because it felt like they were killing me. I was told I would kicked out of my house if I didn’t go back on them, so I went back on Seroquel after cold turkying, but continued to get worse. And then I was prescribed Saphris. They didn’t want me off Seroquel till the Saphris took affect. I remember getting this horrible feeling in my stomach and terrible pain in my entire body-I felt like I was about to die.

    Do you know the funny part? Before this I willingly committed myself to the psych ward and asked and them to responsibly withdraw me and do a psychiatric re-eval after withdrawal, because something didn’t feel right about the diagnosis I had and the response I was having to the medication’s. I had no idea that they didn’t know how to actually taper people. I got fired as a patient because they didn’t want to withdraw me and I wasn’t gonna listen to them. How does a feild who prescribes these medications not understand and recognize their toxicity and dangers, much less have facilities set up to help with short and long-term tapers?

    This is clearly an intelligent nice young man, that was polydrugged after getting in withdrawal from over de counter prescribed pills. How sad…. Pills, in every form, are killing the United States

    I wss misdiagnosed with mania once for talking alot to a junior doc after 5 hrs with zero but a wall to look at Id a chest infection for 3 days during covd. I drank alot of wine plus beer. Then i went to hosp where i smoked alot of cigs every 40 mins outside ER place and drank many caffeinated coffees. I was bored for 5 hours by time i saw a doc so i was super chatty. Then began the stupid shit of being misdiagnosed with mania. I was kept against my will in hosp for 3 days. I spit out pills behind their backs and lo snd behold they claimed the benzos and whatever else had worked by 3rd day even tho i took none. They refused to join the dots of covd isolation n loneliness for 12 months combined now with an alcohol binge the night before admission plus 5 hrs sitting bored in ER was the reason i was so happy and over chatty when finally a doc arrived to see me. I wanted to sue them i was so angry. All i had symptom of alcohol withdrawal combined with much caffeine and nicotine stimulants in a setting of intense boredom ie 5 hrs looking at a wall in ER while those around me read their cell phones or read newspapers.

    God please help, i was admited just one month ago, they gave me a dystonic reaction due to some meds, and i feel number, with less motivation, foggy, though not as anxious, they took a part of myself, im lobotomized, these meds should not be taken by anyone!

    Most people don’t know what neuroleptics are…eh hm hmm excuse me, antipsychotics what was I thinking 😅. Neuroleptics are rooted in phenothiazines, which were originally insecticides because they attack the nervous system. When they say treat or manage psychosis, they mean by brain damage, it’s chemical lobotomy. Rather than spend money on therapeutic centers, properly trained caregivers, and educating the public, they’d rather sedate us with chemical brain damage plus the bonus of making money from insurance claims and incentives from big pharma to get the doctors to keep writing prescriptions. A medical industry under the influence of a capitalist system is completely unethical and fraudulent. It’s like big tobacco, they control all their data, and those within the industry that have tried to speak out about them boldly lying about their published data are always attacked and dismissed. It’s a total genocide being done to people with mental disabilities, look at the history of eugenics in this country. Read mad in America by medical journalist Robert Whitaker.

    Okay reasonable so you dare to try without meds even if you have psychosis I know those we use are poisonous drugs apparently just feeling that I’m foggy and dull but I don’t know what side effects it does do my brain in following future, can i understand that you recommend people that not to use it

    My psychiatrist straight told me that it's not up to me if I take my medicines or up to my family, it's up to himself. It isn't even true where I live, but why would he say that?

    There's got to be a better ways to treat mental illness than pill pushing. In my personal experience, having been on a number of psychiatric medicine including the ones mentioned in this video, I have been battling an involuntary movement disorder the last 3 years. I am nearly detoxed from all of it, but it has been 3 years that I've been having to retrain my nervous system to operate under my control. It's basically battling someone who is bloodbending you (Avatar reference). It is actual bloodbending in real life. Don't take this stuff.

    I'm extremely allergic to Seroquel I took it once my lungs closed up, my face was flushing, and I was starting to panic thinking I was going to die, and then I looked at the side effects on it and it said this medication can even cause death. That was the closest near death experience I've probably ever had.

    I was kidnapped once by a lady named Charlene, matthew murry, who worked for Torrance state hospital (a insane aslym than I was later on admitted to after returning to my birth city pittsburgh pa, then being incarcerated at Allegheny County jail for allegedly pepper spraying a wall inside the building, and through Jrs a place that gave me a false mental illness diagnosis called generalized anxiety disorder, after only asking me three screening questions, it was a joke, after I didn't eat some of the most poisonous food or water by most standards i was automatically admitted in torrance state hospital.) in any event they raped me, beat me up, and then left me in the cold. I soon came to the realization that I had to go back to my hometown city that is pittsburgh Pennsylvania, I went back and at first I was doing rather well in spite of having few strong family ties there. I worked two jobs one was in writing and the other was in sign spinning. I lived in a decent part of town and was getting back on my feet in all ways you can think of really.

    I have taken Both antipsychotics mentioned in the video. And I can say with 100% sure: Seroquel is 90 % better than Zyprexa and has 50% less side effects. Zyprexa is terrible. Seroquel is way better.

    At one point I was on like 15 different psych meds all at the same time Max dose and I don't even have any mental health issues are like psychiatric issues the worst one I ever took was Zyprexa

    Not a drug for mental issues, but one for digestive issues: my GP prescribed a drug with irreversible TARDIVE DISKINESIA as a side effect, for a condition that I didn't even have after tests!! Wtf, are doctors criminals now?!
