The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously denied Icarus Behavioral Health Center’s request to expand from eight to 16 patients in southwest Boise.

No discrimination… but not here!
This is outrageous!! This seems like discrimination against those people whom are seeking recovery. They need our support as a community to go on to be productive members of society. This addict could very easily be your child or family member. They all deserve human decency & available treatment. This area needs more treatment facilities period!!
Children's group homes run in residential areas.
