Don’t agree because there are so many things we do differently because we choose for the rest of our life.
For example a wife choosing to be faithful to her husband.
A mom deciding to never do things that would affect her kids that she used to do.
And on and on it goes.
So I don’t agree with him.
He does not get it because his life never got to that point
Strict rules like this also signal to your body that something isn't safe and reinforces the issue and fear. The mind is powerful! Brain rewiring has widely shown to overcome many health issues, including food restrictions, pots, back pain, mold issues, and more!
If you can live clean, always from all triggers including mold mycotoxins, your immune system will reset and gradual exposure will no longer trigger the mast cells.
Not me, lol, I haven't wanted a burger in years lol this guy doesn't know what he's talking about
This is why having an authentic relationship with God (not a religion) through Jesus and having His Spirit joined with ours, makes all the difference. God doesn't perform "magic" and simply "poof-give instant answers, meet the need", because the journey this side of heaven is about the process of how exchange between us and [Him] changes, giving what we need appropriately, over time. We eventually begin to see that the way we live begins to develop in us peace, ability to rest, etc and each decision we make is influenced by that which is real, authentic, sustaining and not fleeting. I am confident now at 60, though my nervous system is dysregulated due to severe scolisis and two serious auto accidents that have complicated, at some point I will have answers needed to adjust, whether I eventually am healed completely now, or when I transition into eternity. ( may even be a "thorn in the flesh" like Paul in the Bible, that doesn't ever go away?) There is a balance here, that sometimes is hard to keep between what we do, and accepting we have limitations. Ecclesiastical approach to life is important. (time and place for everything) There may be truth hidden somewhere between the two of you in this conversation. I am confident that the compass lies in the "True North", and your personal connection to Him, guiding you as He loves you through fear, all questioning, anxiety…I will continue to pray for you and your entire family. There. IS. Hope. 💝
He doesn't understand that the pain is not worth a cheat meal. It's also not about being perfect it's about feeling good and healthy. People who speak so confidently when they are so ignorant baffles me.
This video needs more context.
And this was a relavent videograph.

Do not eat the blood of animals.
Stay out of sewer cities.
Listen to Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Love and obey Him.
1But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. 2For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, 4treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. 6For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, 7always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. 8Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind and disqualified regarding the faith. 9But they will not get very far, for their folly will be plain to all, as was that of those two men.
All Scripture Is Breathed Out by God
10You, however, have followed my teaching, my conduct, my aim in life, my faith, my patience, my love, my steadfastness, 11my persecutions and sufferings that happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, and at Lystra—which persecutions I endured; yet from them all the Lord rescued me. 12Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, 13while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whoma you learned it 15and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17that the man of Godb may be complete, equipped for every good work.
Speaking of strong will.
My experience has been that an excessively strong will can blow people up. I worry about that with JBP; his strength of will seems to push him past a reasonable point, especially given his autoimmune issues. Stress affects our immune system. If I can say only one thing to people with chronic fatigue, etcetera: Rest WAY MORE than you might think you need to. I didn't realize this until I was in my fifties, when I tried just about everything else I could imagine.
The premise that one should not strive toward optimal health behaviors even in the context of severe health consequences is not a robust argument, as it relies on an unsubstantiated assumption of individual maladaptive dependence rather than accounting for physiological or behavioral adaptation over time. Similarly, the claim regarding a ‘threshold of tolerance’ lacks clear empirical grounding in this context, as existing literature more often suggests opposite outcomes, including increased resilience and enhanced interoceptive awareness, wherein individuals become more attuned to internal bodily signals rather than experiencing diminished capacity or escalating dependence upon pharmaceutical treatments that do not address underlying drivers of dysfunction. These interpretations may also reflect a limited experiential standpoint, insofar as the significance of health-related autonomy can be difficult to fully appreciate prior to the experience of loss of perceived freedom or bodily function, particularly among individuals who have not been in a position where health behaviors were not a preference but a necessary means of avoiding disability and managing otherwise unresponsive symptoms. Additionally, exposure to physiologically disruptive environmental or dietary factors is not consistent with recovery and directly undermines the restoration of homeostasis. When dietary deviation consistently results in meaningful physiological deterioration, the immediate hedonic gain is outweighed by the longer-term erosion of health and functioning, such that the transient reward cannot justify the cumulative cost to wellbeing. Restriction can function as a generative condition of expanded wellbeing by limiting exposures that initially contributed to physiological dysfunction, becoming the means through which earlier constraints on health are lifted and limitation is transformed into a pathway toward expanded freedom.
Heyyyyyy Makayla
Both are right you can eat cleanly in a stable resource rich time, however should resources recede then one would eat what is available….. so stock up so you can maintain clean eating.🚬😮💨
A year ago my coworker told me that eating a while food diet was not sustainable. It's been 3 years and I feel disgusted by ultra processed food, there is no going back. Nothing like a trip to the hospital (where doctor couldn't help) on death's door in my early 20s after mold exposure/bad lifestyle to make that junk unappealing. Made me realize we are in charge of our own health and wellbeing.
When you’re 50 or 60 on a carnivore diet, you will have more self-control, you will have no desire those things that make you sick. They won’t interest you in the least.
How has mikhaila still not waxed that mustache off?
Mikhaila has done really well rescuing herself from a tragic death, that all the best doctors were failing at. There is something to be said about giving the body those things it needs to maintain health.
I think that beef is a good start, but insufficient in the long run. Adding the soup was a good move, but fish would be a better choice and fermented foods would be a great choice.
You should really tell that to alcoholics that haven’t drank for 30 years. It will not last. Sounds defeatist to me. I am now on three years of no carbs. Because if I eat carbs, my kidneys are going to fail. You can overcome anything if you have a big enough reason.
Is she aware of how ridiculous the plastic surgery and Botox looks on her? You cant express more than your bottom lip. STOP
He hears "not me" to eating shit food that causes disease and so he backs off to "being in a different place for a little while instead of making money constantly" and still thinks he's making a valid point 😂😂😂 How do any of these self help life coach idiots make a dime. It's so sad that there are people paying for this guy's advice
When changing your routine literally hurts it makes adapting to the same thing over and over easier
It is not a choice mate
And this is why I stay home?
I'm pretty sure Mikayla won't see this but just in case. Can you check you and your father for the PEMT SNP on your genes. Low choline makes sense of everything you've been through. Auto immune diseases, mold sensitivity, benzo withdrawal issues
Breaking women is the kink and the world is so addicted to it that people like this can’t even hear what they sound like.
Find a new hobby, guys.
Nah you got this ✝️
She is just as gorgeous on YouTube as she is in person. Very sweet and personable. Hoping I can actually meet her beautiful soul next year. ❤
Eating the way Mikhaila does is a habit not a matter of willpower. It is a habit. When it comes to maintaining a long-term pattern like a diet, understanding the difference between the two—and knowing which one to rely on— is important. It is the difference between diet and lifestyle.
Idk why people think
Burgers are “unhealthy”
Yeah not when the consequence is unbearable misery and physical illness lol
