Hi mam , How to stop dopamine from coming to plan ?
Reply please mam
Hi mam.How long should we continue doing just a 10-minute action? If we remain in the same state continuously, won’t time be wasted? How can we keep progressing forward from that?
Great explanation! Planet Ayurveda’s Neurogenie Capsules promote better concentration and overall brain health.
Thanks a lot mam

Hi ma’am,
I’ve been following your videos for a long time, and I feel comfortable sharing this with you.
I went through a breakup about a year ago. I’ve moved on from the loss, but what still hurts is the feeling of being disrespected. During the relationship, she would talk to other guys, never tell them she had a boyfriend, and even give them hints of interest. I understood this at the time, but I stayed quiet and kept asking her not to leave me.
Now those memories keep coming back. I feel like I didn’t stand up for myself, and it has affected my self-respect. Sometimes I question myself and feel like I wasn’t “man enough,” which really bothers me.
She ended everything with a text and moved on like I meant nothing. That’s what’s haunting me the most—it makes me feel like I was so small and unimportant, like I could just be removed from her life without any thought. I keep asking myself if I was really nothing to her.
I’m trying to move forward, but I’m stuck with these thoughts. It would really help if you could guide me on how to get out of this mindset.
Thank you.
Great topic, and thank you for sharing the insights into how our brain works! Can you talk about instant gratification and whether it is also related to living in a comfort zone?
I feel like due to repeated failures & not achieving anything now my nervous system is stuck in stress or fear mode,I want to take action but somehow fear stops me & i procrastinate & feel chronic stress in my body & mental chatter/threats
